I am new at this, posting recordings, so the first few minutes is of me and David discussing some minor issues. Even though I told David that part wouldn’t be published, I don’t know yet how to cut out segments of the conversation. David understood and allowed me to run those first minutes as well.
On a personal note, I have known David Spring for about five years. We have worked together on issues regarding public schools during that time. I will forever be grateful to him for taking me to Olympia one early morning and giving me a lesson in civics as we spent the day meeting with legislators and discussing the issues of the day.
David knows his way around Olympia and is more knowledgeable than most when it comes to the economics of the state and its effect on public schools along with education legislation that has passed, or not passed, going years back.
