Thank you for calling attention to this issue.
The Washington State Charter Schools Association will seek to bring Charter Schools- specifically Green Dot- to South Seattle which is located within Seattle Public Schools.
There is a forum which will be held. Here is the information:

It is my hope that parents in South Seattle research Green Dot. We can not count on Green Dot, or any other charter organization to fully inform parents.
It would be a good idea to inform the charter school approval committee about Greendot.
They’re not all they make themselves out to be.
